With over 15 years of aviation industry experience, Mike leads IBA’s Advisory and Consulting team, supporting airlines, lessors, investors, and financiers with trusted analysis and independent advice. Mike is an Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser. and oversees IBA’s technical, asset management, consulting, and appraisal practices, covering passenger and cargo aircraft, business and general aviation, helicopters, spare engines, and parts.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering from Kingston University, which gave him the technical expertise to combine engineering insight with commercial strategy. This foundation enables Mike to give clients authoritative perspectives on asset values, market supply and demand, and worldwide aviation finance trends.

Mike’s focus areas include airline and leasing market analysis, freighter and cargo developments, engine markets, and asset valuations. These insights support decision-making for aviation stakeholders across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific.

Mike regularly speaks at leading global aviation events such as ISTAT and Airline Economics. He is also a key contributor to IBA’s monthly webinars, which attract thousands of professionals from across the aviation and finance sectors.
