Roger is the CEO of SMBC Aero Engine Leasing (“SAEL”) based in Amsterdam. SAEL is a subsidiary of SMFL (Japan) and a sister company of SMBC Aviation Capital and specialises in spare engine financing and long-term engine leasing with a portfolio of over 110 new and current generation engines.

Roger is a 30-year engine leasing veteran and joined SAEL 6 years ago and has helped SALE grow into a top tier Engine Lessor with a focus on New Generation engines.

Roger is French and enjoys travelling and motorsport racing.
