Demi Hueth is a counsel in the Vinson & Elkins LLP aviation finance practice, based in the firm’s New York office.  She is an experienced aviation lawyer whose practice focuses on all aspects of aviation financing and leasing, including cross-border financings, portfolio acquisitions, asset backed securitizations, warehouse facilities, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, formal and informal restructurings, Jolco structures and secured and unsecured loans.  Throughout her career, Demi has advised on some of the most complex and innovative financings in aviation, including multiple transactions that have been recognized by industry publications as “Deals of the Year”.  In addition to her deal work, Demi is highly active and respected in the aviation community. She has been included in the Airline Economics 40 Under 40 list, named a “Rising Star” by AirFinance Journal and was recognized as “Up and Coming” by Chambers.  She is a member of the ISTAT Rising Executives Americas subcommittee.
