Boris Alishayev is a Senior Director in the Corporates group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), with an emphasis on the global airline industry, enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs), other secured transportation financings, and aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Prior to joining KBRA, Boris was an Associate Director in the REITs Group at Fitch Ratings, where he covered a portfolio of equity REITs. Prior to Fitch, he spent nearly five years at Barclays, where he covered a diverse portfolio of REITs, hedge funds, and alternative asset managers.

Boris received both a B.A. and MBA in finance and investment management from Pace University.
